Hard Money Investment is operated by FlashCat LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us").

What the service is

Hard Money Investment publishes general education about investing in private mortgages and hard money loans and passes investor inquiries to a partner firm, Tompkins Lending. We are not a lender, broker-dealer or investment adviser. We don't recommend any investment, and nothing here is an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security. Any investment is made only through the firm's own documents. We may receive payment from businesses that advertise through this site.

No advice, no guarantees

Information here is general and isn't financial, tax or legal advice for your situation. We don't promise any return, and every investment carries risk, including the loss of the money you invest. Talk to your own advisors before investing.

Your inquiry and consent

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
