Inquiries go to Tompkins Lending, 115 Liberty Pole Way, Rochester, NY 14604. Since 1986 its investors have funded mortgages on Upstate New York investment property.
How it works

- It confirms whether you're an accredited investor.
- Only then does it share specific mortgages, through its own documents.
Why no deals are shown
Private offerings under the SEC's Rule 506(b) can't be advertised to the public. SEC The firm has to know you first, so this site sticks to education.
