When you request the guide, this site collects what you enter: your name, email, phone, the amount you're considering, your accredited-investor answer, your experience and any message.

How we use it. We share your answers with our partner firm, Tompkins Lending, so it can contact you about investing. We and Tompkins Lending may call, text or email you; reply STOP to any text to opt out. We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. When you agree to be contacted, we keep the time, your IP address and browser as a record of that agreement.

Site visits. We record which pages you view, how far you scroll and which links and buttons you tap, with a random ID kept in your browser so repeat visits can be counted. We don't use advertising cookies.

Contact. To ask about or delete your information, use the form and say so in the message.
